Nguyễn Duyên Linh
Head of ONEX Training Logistics Institute
Former Deputy Head of Economics at Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City, he earned his Ph.D from IFUGAO University and postgraduate degrees from the National Institute of Agronomy Paris-Grignon.
He is an Oriental Studies researcher committed to providing optimal business management solutions by integrating modern knowledge with local practices, helping businesses achieve sustainable development.
Cao Tiến Thuận
Foreign Affairs Advisor at ONEX Training Logistics Institute
Former Director of ICD Tan Cang Song Than, he earned a Master’s degree in Marine Economics at Vietnam Maritime University and trained at the Naval Research and Practice Center (Soviet Union) in 1981.
He is a logistics consultant with the philosophy of ‘customers as friends, quality as gold.’ He always provides the most optimal and suitable solutions for businesses.

Serving as the Business Development Senior Manager at GREENFEED Vietnam. Ms. Huong earned her MBA from the University of Wales (UK) in Singapore with extensive experience in logistics, holding various roles such as Business Development and Executive Director at major companies.

Green Freight Logistics training in Thailand, hosted by the Mekong Institute.
Member of the Vietnamese delegation at Logix India in India, organized by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations.
Participated in Tilog Logistix, an annual logistics conference in Thailand.

Graduated with a Master’s degree in International Trade from FTU and completed mid-level management courses at PACE. Currently managing and operating the Pricing Department with over 10 years of experience in the Logistics Industry.

Mr. Vũ Đặng Dương
Marketing Director at U&I Logistics Corporation.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of the joint program between Hutech and Lincoln University, with many years of experience in marketing at ZIM Line and port operations in the southern region, such as SNP, TCIT, and HUTCHISON PORTS SITV.
Mr. Dương is also the author of several articles on maritime transport and logistics in Saigon Times and a co-translator of the book “Sea Container Transportation until 2025”.

Ms. Lương is currently the Head of Customs and Trade Facilitation at the Hai Phong Logistics Association (HPLA). She graduated from the University of Commerce (Hanoi) and holds a pedagogical certificate for lecturers.
With over 20 years of experience, she has held various positions such as Accountant, Sales, Production Line Manager, Import-Export Officer, and Customs Clearance Officer.

Mr. Thoang is a senior customs expert with the USAID Trade Facilitation Program (TFP) and the World Bank.
“With many years of service at the General Department of Vietnam Customs, Maritime Administration, and many other agencies such as the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, I wish to address technical barriers in trade (TBT) and customs procedures to facilitate the cross-border movement of goods.”
